Casa Blavi Wines 2.0
"Cultivat per la història. Refinat pel temps.”To open a bottle from Casa Blaví is to open a story:
Of a knight who rides to understand.
Of a dragon who guards meaning.
Of a wine that bridges continents, eras, and visions.

Symbols We Represent
In this wine, the image of St. Jordi, the noble knight of Catalonia, faces his dragon to honor it. In our story, the dragon is a force to be met as an equal.
In Western myth, St. Jordi freed his people from fear of a dragon that once threatened the land, his tale became a symbol of protection and valor for the people of Barcelona.
But from the East, the lóng (龙), the dragon of ancient China, is creation. It is strength and wisdom, imperial dignity, control over the rains, prosperity, and good fortune. It is a guide, one that leads the worthy to greatness.
In the House of Blaví, these two forces face each other in recognition.
The knight and the dragon now stand at equal height, each a symbol of tradition, power, guardianship, and transformation. Together, they frame the label and the wine as a new emblem of balance between East and West, between valor and wisdom, between man and myth.

The Maule Valle
&
The Sagrada Familia Valley
For long, Maule has been the old soul of Chilean viticulture. A place where deep clay and granitic soils breathe life into the vine, coaxing out their depth, elegance, and structure.
With notes of black fruit, spice, and velvet, our grapes have found its truest voice.
It is in Maule that Carménère remembers who it was always meant to become.
At the House of Blaví, we honor this sacred union between earth and vine. Our Carménère is born in the Valle del Maule, where every bottle holds the richness of the terroir, the pulse of tradition, and the promise of something eternal.

The Family Story in Our Wines
We come from the Catalonian lineage of the Blaví Family, and we have taken on our heart their Coat of Arms.
On this silver field, symbolizing purity, integrity, wealth, and honor, waves of azure and silver are displayed, a representation of the sea. The color azure, a deep blue, represents loyalty and truth. The combination in waves is a depiction of a calm and pure body of water, alluding to the importance of navigation, trade, within this family. The tower is a symbol of strength and vigilance. Its gold color signifies generosity and elevation of spirit. The presence of the tower makes grace to the family have been protectors of a region in Catalonia.
Finally, the tower is surrounded by a green terrace (terrasa de sinople).
It symbolizes hope, freedom, and abundance. The green terrace indicate fertility of the land, and the family’s connection to agriculture and nature.
This coat of arms shows this family values purity and truth, one who has played a protective role, and who is closely connected to both land and water, through agriculture, navigation, and commerce.
The combination of noble metals such as silver and gold also represents its degree of nobility.

This wine, a Carménère, is a legacy of two ancient worlds. It began in France, conceived in the noble terroirs between the valleys of Bordeaux and the foothills stretching toward Barcelona. There, it struggled, the strain, bred with vision, failed to thrive in the climate of its homeland.
And, like a hero in exile, it found destiny elsewhere: Chile, a land of fire-forged mountains, vast skies, and ocean-kissed valleys, gave it the balance of sun, soil, and spirit it needed to reveal its true character.

Our Carménère

More than a Wine Club
Most of us move too fast through the things that deserve our full presence. A House of Blavi membership is, among other things, a reason to slow down, open something carefully made, and remember what it feels like to be genuinely somewhere.Membership opens doors you normally don't know they are there. Three times a year, a carefully chosen selection of House of Blavi wines arrives at your door. You hear about new releases and events before anyone else. You are invited to experiences that are not open to the public. And you have the kind of direct relationship with a winery that most collectors spend years trying to find. Our members are not customers. They are witnesses to something being built carefully over the long term.
Everything is hand made. We believe and are proud of elegant craftsmanship, and we take it all the way, fro the labs where the sciences is made, to the work of applying the was and seal.
We work things out with real purpose behind every move, so you can feel it in your palate. From Us, with love.
